IT Sales Manager

We’re looking for an experienced IT Sales Manager to join our team at Itexus.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales in the IT services domain, working with B2B clients, and managing the full sales cycle – from first contact to deal closure.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in IT services / software development sales;
- Proven ability to generate leads independently (LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, etc.);
- Experience managing the full sales cycle: from first contact to deal closure;
- Solid understanding of software development processes and ability to communicate with technical teams;
- Experience working with B2B clients (Fintech / Insurtech / Healthcare is a plus);
- Advanced English (strong communication, both written and spoken);
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage new clients (outbound sales);
- Handle inbound leads generated by the marketing team;
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities;
- Manage the presales process in collaboration with the technical team;
- Prepare and present commercial proposals;
- Lead negotiations, handle objections, and agree on terms;
- Close deals and identify upsell opportunities;
- Maintain accurate CRM data (pipeline, activities, forecasting).
Nice to have:
- Experience in custom software development / dedicated teams model;
- Understanding of fintech / digital banking / AI solutions.
