Itexus is a software development company specializing in the Fintech domain, specifically solutions for banking and investment management. Since 2013, we have completed more than 300 projects for clients from the USA and Western Europe.

Who we’re looking for:

An experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge in the fintech domain and a passion for deepening expertise in this area. Someone who can confidently engage with high-profile clients, discuss their business needs, and propose solutions and product functionalities that meet those requirements.

What we expect from you:

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience working on pre-sale and discovery phases of projects (analyzing incoming requests and preparing commercial proposals for clients).
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken), with a level of B2 or higher.
• A background in or interest in the financial domain (trading, banking, lending, etc.).
• A proactive approach to work—creative thinking and the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
• Strong client-facing skills: customer-oriented, able to consult, work with uncertainty and assumptions, present ideas clearly, and build trust with clients.
• Ability to conduct research, organize, and share knowledge effectively.
• Understanding of business analysis processes and tools: gathering, analyzing, documenting, and communicating requirements.
• Willingness and experience in mentoring junior team members (assisting with interviews, 1:1 meetings, and performance reviews).

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the presales and discovery phases of projects, including market, competitor, and user analysis; identifying business goals; and performing comparative assessments of external providers.
• Collaborating with the team to prepare project estimates, commercial proposals, WBS, user flow diagrams, and wireframes.
• Conducting research using open-source information, analyzing client requests (both potential and existing), and consolidating knowledge from external consultants and ongoing company projects.
• Acting as a consultant for project teams, helping to launch and guide large and complex projects.
• Mentoring junior staff members.
