We are looking for a Project Manager with 3 years of professional experience to join our team.
What will you do as a Project Manager:
- Start projects from scratch and build productive working relationships with the customer;
- Manage several projects of various sizes and types at the same time;
- Assure stable delivery and obtained results demontration to the customers;
- Maintain a healthy climate, comfortable and productive work within teams;
- Adapt the development process and the used project methodology to the specifics of the project;
- Work on improving the profitability of entrusted projects;
- Mentor and coordinate the work of less experienced PM colleagues.
Would be a plus:
- Experience and willingness to participate in pre-sale activities;
- Ability to propose improvements, optimize existing processes in the company;
- Willingness to defend the interests of the company in negotiations with end customers from the US and Western Europe in English.
What we expect from you:
- 3 years of experience as a PM;
- Fluent English (the position involves constant oral communication with English-speaking customers);
- Experience in managing a team of developers from 10 people and understanding the principles of people management, interaction within teams;
- Experience in managing several projects simultaneously, ability to identify and coordinate priorities;
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, VCS).
