We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and manage a portfolio of IT projects for international clients. In this role, you will lead projects of different sizes, launch new projects from scratch, build effective delivery processes, and maintain strong relationships with clients from the US and Western Europe. You will also contribute to presales activities and have an opportunity to influence and improve internal company processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of IT projects of different sizes and complexity.
- Launch projects from scratch, establishing delivery processes, communication flows, and effective collaboration with clients.
- Coordinate software development teams and other project stakeholders.
- Adapt development and delivery processes to the specifics of each project and client.
- Manage project risks, timelines, priorities, dependencies, and client expectations.
- Drive improvements in project KPIs and overall delivery efficiency.
- Participate in presales activities, including understanding client needs, contributing to estimates, and helping shape proposed solutions.
- Lead negotiations and maintain regular communication with clients from the US and Western Europe in English.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and drive changes through implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry.
- Proven experience managing software development teams of 10+ people.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
- English at B2+ level, with experience in regular verbal communication with international clients.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
- Strong communication skills, independence, ownership, and a proactive approach.
- Proven hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize personal productivity, team workflows, and overall work efficiency.
