Web Designer

We are looking for a Web Designer to support the ongoing redesign of the Itexus website.

The main focus of the role is designing website pages in Figma using an existing design system. Most of the visual language and components are already defined, so this role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and solid hands-on experience in web design rather than creating a new visual identity from scratch.

The initial engagement is expected to last around two months, with a possibility of further cooperation on website and marketing design tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design new website pages in Figma using an existing design system
• Build layouts primarily from existing components and adapt them to new content
• Create or adjust individual UI blocks when existing components do not fully cover the page requirements
• Maintain visual and structural consistency across pages
• Pay close attention to spacing, typography, component usage, and content accuracy
• Improve page UI/UX while staying within the established visual direction
• Incorporate feedback from the Product Owner and the designer responsible for the design system
• Potentially support additional marketing design tasks such as PDFs, lead magnets, social media banners, and other digital materials

Requirements

• Commercial experience in web design
• Strong portfolio with website design examples
• Confident knowledge of Figma
• Experience working with design systems and reusable components
• Good understanding of web UI/UX principles
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work effectively within an established visual system
• Ability to understand written English content and identify obvious inconsistencies, duplicated text, or typos
• Availability to start in the near future

Nice to Have

• Experience designing marketing materials such as PDFs, lead magnets, or social media creatives
• Product design experience in addition to web design
• Experience preparing designs that are later implemented using AI/LLM-based development tools
• Understanding of how design consistency affects AI-assisted frontend implementation
