That’s why it’s worth digging a little deeper before making a shortlist. Look at the frameworks a team actually works with, the kinds of applications they’ve handled, and whether they’re comfortable with the less glamorous parts of development too – testing, integrations, deployment, security, maintenance, and old code that somebody eventually has to deal with. In practice, the best fit is usually the team whose everyday work looks most like the project you’re trying to get done.
