Assistant to Head of Business Development & Sales

Itexus is looking for a proactive and highly organized Assistant to the Head of Business Development & Sales to support sales execution, client communication, reporting, and internal coordination.
The role is focused on keeping sales processes moving, controlling follow-ups, structuring information, and supporting business development activities.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow into Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in the future.

Responsibilities:

         Sales Execution & Client Follow-ups

  • Proactive follow-ups with clients to keep momentum on decisions, documents, and next steps (“client pinging”);
  • Control that all sales stages and internal checkpoints are followed (qualification, proposals, approvals, follow-ups);
  • Maintain discipline and transparency in the sales pipeline.

          Internal Coordination & Monitoring

  • Monitor ongoing sales activities and quickly escalate risks, delays, or blockers to the Head of Business Development & Sales;
  • Coordinate communication between sales and presales teams when needed;
  • Ensure fast reaction to incoming requests, changes, or issues.

         Reporting & Sales Operations

  • Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports, pipeline overviews, and account status updates;
  • Control timely preparation of proposals, estimates, invoices, and commercial documents;
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and hygiene (stages, notes, next steps, forecasts).

          Sales Enablement & Process Support

  • Assist in building and improving sales materials;
  • Support lead qualification (initial analysis, structuring input data, CRM updates);
  • Help document and standardize sales processes and best practices.

          Executive & Administrative Support

  • Organize calls and meetings: scheduling, agendas, follow-ups, and notes;
  • Support prioritization and task management for the Head of Business Development & Sales;
  • Perform ad-hoc analytical and operational tasks efficiently and on time.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to “push” clients and internal teams politely but persistently;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • High level of responsibility, ownership, and execution mindset;
  • Fluent spoken English at B2 level or higher (regular communication with English-speaking clients);
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Will Be a Plus:

  • Experience in sales operations, business development support, or executive assistant roles;
  • Experience supporting founders or C-level executives;
  • Background in IT services, software development, or fintech;
  • Experience in lead qualification or account coordination.
