Senior Backend Developer (C# .NET 8 / SQL Server)

Seeking a mid–senior backend developer with strong SQL Server, C#/.NET 8, and API development experience. Focus on backend services, database architecture, API performance, and external customer integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality production-grade code;
• Drive, influence, and support code quality standards and best practices;
• Participate in business logic development, demo sessions, brainstorming, and team communication;
• Contribute to technical interviews, mentoring, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions;
• Diagnose and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and database-related issues.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core development;
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server (MSSQL): database design, optimization, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning;
• Experience with Entity Framework Core;
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS;
• Experience designing distributed systems;
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming (async/await, TPL), multithreading concepts, and performance considerations;
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols (JWT, OAuth2, IdentityServer/ Azure Entra ID);
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher, with the ability to confidently communicate with both technical and non-technical teams;
• Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude.

Nice to have:

• Experience with react/angular;
• Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus), Redis;
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (k8s), Helm, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform);
• Experience with Azure or AWS.
