Database Engineer

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Database Engineer to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain complex stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views;
• Analyze and optimize existing stored procedures and SQL queries for maximum performance and scalability;
• Collaborate with the application development team to define database requirements and design optimal data models;
• Ensure data integrity, security, and quality within the database environment;
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback on database code;
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related performance issues and bugs.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience as an SQL Developer;
• Proven, extensive experience in writing, debugging, and optimizing complex stored procedures is a must;
• Deep knowledge of SQL;
• English Level: Upper-Intermediate (B2);
• Good experience with MS SQL and MariaDB;
• Experience with .NET;
• Strong understanding of database design principles, normalization, and indexing strategies;
• Experience with performance tuning and query optimization using execution plans;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Knowledge of NoSQL, Solr, or Elasticsearch is a plus.
