FullStack (React + .NET) Developer

We are looking for a FullStack (React + .NET) Developer to join a long-term US aviation project focused on cloud-based platforms for aircraft maintenance, operational processes, and data management.

The product includes AI-driven analytics, integrations, and internal tools used by aviation teams worldwide to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and decision-making. One of the key areas of development is a platform for managing and working with aviation-related documentation, where the team continuously enhances functionality, usability, and system performance.

As a FullStack Developer, you will work across both frontend and backend, contributing equally to React applications and .NET services. You will take ownership of end-to-end features and collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders in an international Agile team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality React applications and .NET backend services.
• Participate in the design, implementation, and delivery of new product features.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
• Take part in technical discussions, brainstorming sessions, sprint planning, and demos.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.
• Participate in technical interviews, mentoring, and internal engineering events when applicable.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong commercial experience with React and modern frontend development (5+ years).
• Solid experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET .
• Understanding of legacy .NET Framework applications and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Experience working with Entity Framework Core and/or Dapper.
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Practical experience deploying and supporting applications in Azure (App Services, Functions, AKS, Storage) or AWS environments.
• Experience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Strong understanding of unit and integration testing practices.
• Experience with authentication and authorization solutions such as JWT, OAuth2, IdentityServer, Keycloak, or Azure Entra ID.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and proactive attitude.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with serverless solutions.
• Experience working with RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or similar messaging platforms.
• Knowledge of Redis.
• Azure or AWS certifications.
