IOS Developer

iOS Developer (Junior)

Itexus is expanding its mobile team and looking for an iOS Developer with around 1 year of commercial experience.
We’re also open to candidates with 6+ months of solid hands-on practice who are eager to grow their technical expertise and gain real project experience.

About the role

At Itexus, we build mobile and web solutions for clients from the US and Western Europe, primarily in the FinTech domain, but also across HealthTech, EdTech, eCommerce, and more.

This role is a great fit for someone who’s already taken their first steps in iOS development and wants to move forward in a professional environment – working with experienced colleagues, participating in real projects, and strengthening technical and teamwork skills.
We’re open to specialists who want to develop technically – on the start, we provide guidance, mentorship, and a supportive environment to help you grow confidently.

Requirements:

• Around 1 year of commercial development experience (we’re also open to candidates with 6+ months of experience);
• Knowledge and understanding of OOP principles;
• Understanding of SOLID, DRY, KISS principles;
• Knowledge and understanding of design patterns;
• Understanding of architectural approaches such as MVC, MVVM, and others;
• Knowledge and experience working with Swift and iOS SDK;
• Knowledge of SwiftUI and UIKit;
• Knowledge of Git and Git Flow;
• Good knowledge of Xcode;
• Understanding of how a mobile application interacts with the server side;
• Willingness to explore new technologies, frameworks, and programming languages;
• Fast learner;
• English level – Intermediate (B1) or higher – some of our projects involve full communication in English.

Responsibilities:

• Development of iOS applications;
• Active learning during work and participation in internal meetups.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with Combine;
• A portfolio or GitHub with sample projects.
