We’re hiring an experienced and ambitious Java Developer with technical leadership experience to join our growing team at Itexus!
Key responsibilities:
- Full project leadership and making technical decisions;
- Defining architecture and selecting the technology stack;
- Ensuring high code quality and development processes;
- Mentoring and developing team members;
- Solving complex technical tasks and managing technical debt.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial Java development experience;
- At least 6 months of experience in a Tech Lead role;
- Experience with microservices architecture;
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (k8s);
- Proficiency in Spring Framework;
- Knowledge of Kafka, Redis and WebSocket;
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS or Azure;
- Ability to work with PostgreSQL or other relational databases;
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with FinTech services: Sumsub (KYC/AML verification), Alpaca Markets (trading APIs), Polygon.io (market data).
