Node.js Developer (Middle+/Senior)

We’re hiring a Node.js Developer to join our growing team!

Itexus is a team of talented professionals in software development, testing, and service support. Since 2013, we have successfully delivered over 300 software solutions to the US and Western European markets. 

We expect the candidate to:

• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (TypeScript);
• 3+ years of Node.js development experience;
• Knowledge of any of the frameworks for Node.js: Express.js, NestJS, Koa;
• Understanding of the principles of building scalable systems, main problems, solutions;
• Experience in the design and implementation of SQL and NoSQL databases;
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Redis as a storage, Redis as a Transport layer;
• Proficiency with Git version control system;
• Experience with Docker;
• Ability to understand other people’s code and document your own;
• Writing, supporting tests – JEST framework;
• English level B2 and above. Ability to pass the interview in English.

It’ll be a plus:

• Experience with AWS, GCP services;
• Experience with Grafana;
• Experience in designing and working with microservice and serverless architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Writing and maintaining existing code;
• Exploring neighboring services, in particular the CashManagement payment service;
• Work in a distributed European team.
