Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and confident Middle Project Manager to join our team!
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with clients, and is ready to take ownership of projects from day one. You’ll be leading cross-functional teams, building client relationships, and setting up workflows from scratch — all while driving projects toward successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT (outsourcing/outstaffing experience is a plus)
• Strong spoken and written English (the role requires frequent communication with English-speaking clients)
• Hands-on experience managing development teams of 5+ people
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and align priorities effectively
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, version control systems)
• Comfortable working independently, solving problems creatively, and staying calm under pressure

Nice to Have:

• Experience in presale and discovery phases
• Fintech domain knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity (both outsourcing and outstaffing)
• Launch new projects and establish efficient delivery and communication processes from scratch
• Customize development processes to meet each project’s specifics
• Track and improve KPIs and team performance
• Proactively identify and manage project risks
• Participate in presales, client calls, and solution planning
• Help grow internal expertise and contribute to team development
• Negotiate and maintain strong communication with clients from the USA and Western Europe
