Itexus is expanding its team and looking for an experienced Lead Account Manager to design and implement a client management system, ensuring a seamless customer journey and fostering long-term relationships with key clients.
This is a strategic role with direct support from top management, a high degree of freedom and resources, and a lucrative compensation package tied to achieving set goals.

We are now reaching a new level of growth and looking for someone who can create and implement a comprehensive client journey management system — from the first contact to upselling and expanding cooperation.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the account management team and processes.
- Manage client onboarding: introduce the team, set up communication channels and workflows, coordinate with PM, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Conduct kick-off meetings and adapt materials to specific projects.
- Communicate SLA, project phases, and engagement formats.
- Monitor client’s initial experience, ensuring engagement and satisfaction.
- Gather feedback and trigger prompt company response.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, conduct business reviews, and uncover new needs.
- Collaborate with Production and Marketing on tailored proposals.
- Handle client requests and escalations promptly.
- Maintain long-term relationships and ensure client retention.
- Analyze and improve processes based on feedback.
- Personally manage key accounts as CSM/Account Manager.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in client management, B2B sales, or Customer Success / Account Management.
- Proven track record with large enterprise clients.
- Excellent verbal and written English (Upper-Intermediate+).
- Ability to set up processes from scratch while remaining hands-on in the initial stages.
- Strong communication skills with C-level executives.
- Project and team management experience is a plus.
