Itexus is looking for experienced Senior Node.js Developers to join our growing team.

What you’ll work on
We’re building complex fintech solutions — investor applications, portfolio management systems, and trading platforms. The role involves deep integration with financial APIs (IBKR, Bloomberg, TradeEx), developing real-time services, and ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend components with Node.js.
- Integrate with brokerage and banking APIs (IBKR, Bloomberg, TradeEx, KYC/AML services).
- Build real-time functionality: market data streaming, portfolio updates, order statuses.
- Participate in architecture design and technical decision-making.
- Optimize performance and implement security best practices.
- Write unit, integration, and e2e tests, and take part in code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of professional development experience (Node.js/NestJS).
- Strong knowledge of Node.js (NestJS/Express).
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
- Solid background in REST API, GraphQL, WebSocket integration.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Understanding of secure system design (OAuth2, JWT, OWASP, KYC/AML flows).|
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Nice to have
- Background in fintech or crypto projects.
- Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Redux/React Query, Next.js).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- Mentoring or leadership experience.
