Itexus is looking for a React Developer to join a long-term FinTech project.
About the Project
The product is a financing platform for small and medium-sized businesses that simplifies access to loans and equity financing. It supports the entire lending lifecycle, including KYC/KYB verification, payment management, and end-to-end loan processing, while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience building production React/TypeScript applications.
- At least 2 years of experience working with design systems, component libraries, or multi-tenant theming.
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and state management libraries (Redux and/or MobX).
- Experience with component libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, or similar.
- Solid Linux skills, including connecting to remote machines and setting up simple development environments.
- English level B1+ with the ability to successfully complete a technical interview in English.
- Experience owning frontend architecture, including shared packages, API design, versioning, and maintaining reusable solutions across multiple applications.
- Ability to define and maintain engineering standards, including testing approaches, code quality, CI/linting rules, and code reviews.
- Hands-on experience using Claude Code (or similar AI coding agents) as part of a production development workflow.
- Experience configuring and extending AI development environments (CLAUDE.md, custom skills, subagents, slash commands, MCP servers, project rules, etc.).
- Strong understanding of when AI should be used, how to validate its output, and how to maintain code quality, security, and architectural consistency.
Nice to Have
- Experience with backend development using Node.js (Express.js) or .NET (ASP.NET Core).
- Experience with Angular or Vue.js.
- Experience writing complex SQL queries and working with ORMs.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Yandex Cloud, or similar).
- A proactive, business-oriented mindset focused on solving business problems rather than rigidly following ceremonies or methodologies.
