Noxs AI is a delivery assistant for IT teams
We maximize the efficiency of our teams by delegating routine tasks to our product – Noxs AI assistant, and freeing up valuable time for strategic work.
Why teams use Noxs.ai?
High-performing teams don’t just ship features – they manage product knowledge, processes, and risk so they can focus on what actually moves the business. As products grow, work gets scattered across tools, routines slip, and important context stays in people’s heads, not in the system.
Noxs connects to the tools your team already uses, builds a living picture of your product and workflows, and works inside your existing channels. Using this context, it spots weak points – bottlenecks, gaps in ownership, process breaks, growing tech debt – and surfaces them to the right people at the right time. Routine checks, follow-ups, and process enforcement run on autopilot, so the team spends less time on coordination and more time talking to customers, shaping the roadmap, and building a product that earns more for the business.
Capabilities
How it Works
Architecture & Security
- Cloud (SaaS): Uses trusted third‑party LLM services (currently OpenAI and Google) to process prompts and provide answers
- On‑prem / Private Cloud: Customer‑controlled environment; Noxs operates within your infrastructure
- Request/response logs exist to support operations and auditability (includes chat threads where the bot is added, Confluence docs, and code from Git repositories such as GitLab, per your configuration).
- Your data is not used to train generalized AI/ML models; data from Google Workspace APIs is explicitly excluded from such training.
- Works with your existing systems and channels, avoiding new, parallel interfaces and minimizing app fatigue.
- International data transfers for cloud use appropriate safeguards with LLM providers.

FAQs
Does the team need to adopt a new interface?
No. Noxs works inside your existing tools (Jira, Google Drive Confluence, Slack, Git), minimizing context switching and app fatigue.
Where does Noxs run?
Cloud or on‑prem/private cloud – whichever fits your data control requirements.
Which LLMs are used?
In the cloud version, Noxs uses third‑party LLMs (OpenAI and Google) as processors; on‑prem deployments keep processing within your environment.
Is my data used to train public models?
No. Noxs does not use your data to train generalized AI/ML models; data from Google Workspace APIs is not used for training.
How do we interact with Noxs?
Through your everyday tools – including chat. Materials reference Slack (and, where configured, Google Chat/Telegram) for asking questions, receiving notifications, escalations, and scheduling recurring actions.
