Business Analyst (Middle+/Senior)

Itexus is looking for a Business Analyst who can find an approach to any client and communicate their ideas. Someone who has enough experience and courage to be creative, propose ideas and independent solutions.
The project is an e-wallet app for iOS and Android that allows users to digitize funds and transfer money between app users or to bank accounts and cards, making it easier to send money abroad.
Responsibilities:
- Start projects from scratch and complete the full requirements cycle (requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, management, communication);
- Carry out the pre-sale phase of projects, together with the team, to prepare an assessment and commercial proposals;
- To perform the discovery phase of projects, which involves analyzing market, competitors, and potential users, identifying the business goals of the product, and conducting a comparative analysis of third-party providers;
- Develop BA-community and expand knowledge base, participate in competence center development.
What we expect from you:
- 4 years or more experience in business analysis within a commercial project with English-speaking customers;
- Experience in fintech projects (trading, banking, lending, etc.);
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written) – level B2 and above;
- Experience working on pre-sale and discovery phases of projects (analyzing incoming requests and preparing commercial proposals for clients);
- Knowledge of the project process (including starting a project from scratch) from a business analysis perspective;
- Skill in planning and evaluating BA activities;
- Proactive approach to work – the ability to think outside the box and come up with ideas;
- Excellent communication skills (including negotiation skills);
- Strong analytical skills;
- Willingness and experience in mentoring junior team members.
