Deputy Head of Sales

We are looking for a proactive and experienced sales leader to join Itexus as Deputy Head of Sales. This role is designed for a strong sales and account management professional who can take over part of the Head of Sales responsibilities and eventually grow into the department head role.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in selling IT services and projects, preferably in FinTech and Healthcare domains
- Experience in both sales and account management, managing long-term client relationships
- Leadership experience: managing sales teams, mentoring, optimizing sales processes
- Strong business and technical acumen to identify opportunities, develop partnerships, and drive revenue growth
- Ability to analyze and improve business processes in collaboration with marketing and pre-sales teams

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Dynamic, proactive, and results-driven personality
- Strong organizational skills: ability to track and optimize sales plans, document workflows
- High level of independence and ownership in decision-making
- Advanced English: exceptional oral and written skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist Head of Sales in managing the sales team (3+ people), including planning, mentoring, and hiring
- Work as a sales manager on high-priority opportunities, preparing proposals with the pre-sales team, negotiating with clients, and closing deals
- Act as an Account Manager for current clients, ensuring strong relationships, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
- Optimize the Sales – Pre-Sales collaboration process
- Contribute to strategic growth planning and reporting to top management
- Establish and nurture client accounts and partnerships
Compensation:
- Fixed base salary + individual sales commission + commission from department sales.
