𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

– Support and development of network infrastructure in the office and On-Premise servers. Ensuring its uninterrupted operation, constant monitoring, reporting on status and failures, maintenance of up-to-date technical documentation, development of a maintenance plan and its implementation. This includes (but is not limited to) working with equipment, communication with providers, employees, etc.

– Provision (procurement, maintenance, updates, repairs, issuance, acceptance, etc.) of system, server, and workstation hardware – PCs, networks, network devices, servers, printers, UPS equipment, mobile devices, and other hardware. Interaction with third-party companies for purchases, repairs, and other issues that cannot be resolved internally.

– Preparation of budgets for the technical maintenance of IT infrastructure.

– First and second level support for company employees on any technical issues. Being ready to help, find, and suggest solutions. Onboarding and offboarding of employees (issuance and acceptance of equipment, creation and control of internal infrastructure access).

– Assistance with configuration and administration of Jira and Confluence. Administration of corporate Google infrastructure.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

– Office-based work.

– Experience with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu, CentOS/RHEL) for at least 2 years;

– At least 3 years of experience working with Windows/Linux servers (AD, GPO, RDP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, IIS, HYPER-V, MikroTik, Veeam, Acronis, PROXMOX, Hikvision).

– Administration: Jira, Confluence, Google.

– Knowledge of web servers: Nginx, Apache;

– Virtualization: KVM, Proxmox, VirtualBox;

– Monitoring system: Grafana;

– Version control systems: Gitlab, Git;

– Scripts: Bash;

– English A2-B1.
