Android Developer (Junior+)

Itexus is looking for an Android developer with about 1 year of experience
We expect the candidate to:
- Commercial development experience of about 1 year;
- Excellent knowledge of Computer Science (Data Structures, Patterns and Architecture (MVVM/MVI and Clean Architecture);
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin for Android;
- Good knowledge of Android SDK, Kotlin Flow + coroutines;
- Knowledge of Git and teamwork skills;
- Experience with Compose;
- Understanding of REST API for interaction with the backend part of the system;
- Ability to test and analyze the system (profiler, unit/ui testing).
Functionality:
- Support for an existing multi-module Android application in Kotlin;
- Evaluate and develop new functionality, participate in grooming sessions;
- Active on-the-job training and internal mitaps.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of DI tools (Hilt/Koin/Dagger);
- Experience with Mockoon;
- Database experience, knowledge of SQLite, Room;
- Experience working with English-speaking customers. Intermediate+ level of English or higher.
