Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in leading development teams, managing complex IT projects, and ensuring high-quality delivery. This role requires excellent client communication skills, the ability to set up processes from scratch, and a proactive approach to risk and resource management. Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT.
• Experience managing web and mobile application development projects.
• Fluent English (the role requires communication with English-speaking clients).
• Experience leading development teams of 10+ members, with a deep understanding of SDLC, team management principles, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, Miro).
• Ability to work independently and proactively.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the Fintech domain.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project execution, managing client expectations and team performance.
• Lead presale activities, analyze client needs, and manage presale teams.
• Set up new projects from scratch, establishing efficient workflows and ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Select and adapt development methodologies based on project specifics.
• Continuously improve project KPIs and team performance metrics.
• Proactively identify, and manage project risks.
• Validate quality of requirements gathering and documentation.
• Conduct negotiations, manage expectations and maintain strong relationships with clients from the USA and Western Europe.
