Consulted: The Consulted role involves individuals or roles who provide expertise or opinions during the project’s decision-making process. They are usually subject matter experts or stakeholders who possess valuable insights that can influence the project’s direction.

Informed: The Informed role includes individuals or roles who need to be kept informed about project progress, decisions, or outcomes. They may not actively participate in the project’s execution but still need to be aware of its developments.
